摘要
为降低地铁列车的研发成本和周期,文章基于目前常见的地铁列车制动控制装置的产品特点及差异,对制动控制装置统型方案进行设计,并从模块化设计、集成化统型设计、护箱仿真设计、防护性能提升、制动控制策略验证和性能型式试验等方面进行了详细的分析,最后对统型方案的技术特点进行了总结。
In order to reduce the research and development cost and cycle of metro train, the unified scheme of brake control device is designed based on the product characteristics and differences of common brake control device for metro train, and analyzed in detail from the aspects of modular design, integrated unified design,protcting box simulation design, protection performance improvement, brake control strategy verification and perpormance type test. Finally, the technical characteristics of the unified scheme are summarized.
