摘要
基于现有的蓄电池工程车车体结构存在的不足,文章提出了一种新型双司机室外走廊工程车车体,主要介绍了其整体承载结构和防碰撞结构设计方案、细节优化方案,并利用HyperMesh软件创建仿真模型,验证了车体的强度,模拟了列车碰撞变形及吸能场景。仿真结果表明,新型双司机室外走廊工程车车体结构的静强度、疲劳强度、刚度和耐撞性等均满足设计要求。
Based on the deficiencies of existing car body of battery engineering vehicle structure, this paper puts forward a new type engineering vehicle car body with double cab outdoor corridor. It mainly presents the design schemes of overall load-bearing structure and anti-collision structure, and the detail optimization schemes.Using HyperMesh software, it creates the simulation model, verifies the strength of car body, and simulates the train collision deformation and energy absorption scenario. The simulation results show that the static strength, fatigue strength, stiffness and crashworthiness of the car body all meet the design requirements.
