牵引变流器主动阻尼振荡抑制策略研究

摘要 针对地铁列车牵引传动系统直流侧电压振荡导致逆变器过流封锁问题,文章提出了一种通过牵引变流器-异步电机系统建模,提取直流侧电容电压振荡信号实时修正给定转矩或转差的牵引变流器主动阻尼振荡抑制策略,并搭建仿真模型进行验证,同时优化牵引系统控制软件,在广州市轨道交通九号线进行现场试验。仿真及试验结果表明:主动阻尼振荡抑制策略能够很好地解决牵引变流器因直流电压振荡而导致的过流问题。 Aiming at the problem of inverter overcurrent blocking caused by DC side voltage oscillation of metro train traction drive system, this paper proposes an active damping oscillation suppression strategy of traction converter which extracts the DC side capacitor voltage oscillation signal and corrects the given torque or slip in real time by modeling the traction converter-asynchronous motor system, builds a simulation model for verification, and optimizes the control software of the traction system, and carries out field tests on Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 9.The simulation and test results show that the active damping oscillation suppression strategy can effectively solve the overcurrent problem of traction converter caused by DC voltage oscillation.
