摘要
文章基于时速160公里动力集中动车组车辆级总线的多功能车辆总线(MVB)和以太网双网冗余设计,从硬件和软件两个方面阐述了事件记录模块的设计。该事件记录模块可实现运行数据记录、故障数据记录、在线实时数据监视、时间管理等功能,避免数据重复记录和记录丢失,且动车组的大批量运用验证了其稳定性和可靠性。
Based on the design of multifunction vehicle bus(MVB) and ethernet dual network redundancy of vehicle bus for 160 km/h power centralized EMU, this paper expounds the design of event record module from two aspects of hardware and software. The event record module can realize the functions of operation data recording,fault data recording, online real-time data monitoring, time management, so as to avoid date duplication and record loss. Its stability and reliability are verified by the large-scale application of EMUs.
