人工智能技术在社区环境治理中的应用研究——以北京市为例

Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Community Environmental Governance: A Case Study of Beijing

本文通过对北京市城市社区智能垃圾分类的深入调研发现,当前人工智能技术生活垃圾分类能够解决居民垃圾分类习惯养成难、人工看桶难、及时清运难、居民众多入户难等传统社区环境治理的顽疾。同时,人工智能技术在垃圾分类中的应用,依然存在应用和日常维护成本过高、隐私保护与数据监督难、使用率统计口径存在偏差、单向数据使用和反馈机制不健全、宣传推广不到位以及社区自身原有问题难以解决等六个方面的困境。这些困境的解决,需要从国家、企业和社区三个层面逐步引导,改进垃圾分类中人工智能技术的应用模式,助力城市精细化治理。

How to integrate artificial intelligence technology with urban governance is a practical problem that must be solved. This study adopts the case study analysis method, investigation with the Solid Waste Management Office of Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Management, and takes the intelligent waste classification of Beijing urban communities as the research background to analyze in detail how the current urban grass-roots governance in Beijing solves the common governance difficulties in the domestic waste classification through artificial intelligence technology. The results summarize the six major problems of artificial intelligence technology in the application of intelligent waste classification, deeply analyzes the improvement mode of Beijing intelligent waste classification system for the problems of face recognition technology in practical application, discusses how to furtherly improve and optimize the development path of artificial intelligence technology application in the field of waste classification, and provides reference for the application of artificial intelligence technology in urban fine governance.
