Social Governance Development Review and Future Outlook——Based on the investigation and thinking of 2022

回顾2022年,学界、政界和实务界在互动对话中,从多维度出发,不断加强和完善社会治理主体、场域、方式、价值、制度等方面的建设,使社会治理在知识体系构建、政策制度建设和实践创新发展上取得了新进展。时代巨变给社会治理带来了新课题、新任务,在多维度加强和创新社会治理时不能忽视整体性原则,同时也要认识到本土知识体系构建需要一定周期,各界在互动中需要保持应有的独立性等。展望未来,持续推进社会治理现代化仍然是主旋律和重大任务,需要在2022年发展基础之上,不断加强和创新社会治理制度、体制、体系、方式等,系统推动社会治理现代化建设。同时从外部调动各界力量,吸纳更多主体参与,加强对话平台和渠道建设,在互动中加快社会治理现代化进程。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in 2022, and the epidemic prevention and control measures were adjusted. These major events have brought development opportunities and challenges to social governance in China. Looking back on 2022, the academic,political and practical communities have made new progress in the construction of knowledge systems,the construction of policies and systems and the development of practical innovations by continuously strengthening and improving social governance subjects, fields, approaches, values and systems from a multi-dimensional perspective in an interactive dialogue. Taking a serious look at 2022, the great changes of the times have brought new issues and tasks to social governance. In strengthening and innovating social governance in a multidimensional manner, we must not lose sight of the principle of wholeness, meanwhile,recognising that the construction of indigenous knowledge systems requires a certain period of time and that all sectors need to maintain their due independence in their interactions. Looking ahead, the continuous promotion of modern social governance remains the main theme and a major task. Then it is necessary to build on the development of 2022, continuously strengthen and innovate social governance systems,institutions, systems and methods, and systematically promote the modernisation of social governance. At the same time, we are mobilising all sectors externally, involving more subjects, strengthening dialogue platforms and channels, and accelerating the process of modernising social governance through interaction.
