镇罗黄河特大桥钢板桩围堰施工分析

Construction Analysis of Steel Sheet Pile Cofferdam of Zhenluo Yellow River Extra-large Bridge

钢板桩围堰是当下极具代表的深水基础围堰施工技术。因此,文章以镇罗黄河特大桥为工程背景,整体了解工程设计情况和地质水文条件,然后进行钢板桩围堰施工设计,并从钢板桩的插打、内支撑安装、围堰内基坑开挖等方面分析钢板桩围堰施工控制措施,针对钢板桩围堰施工存在的空间定位困难、渗漏等问题,提出渗漏处理措施和钢板桩围堰变形监测,以保障钢板桩围堰施工质量。

Steel sheet pile cofferdam is a representative construction technology of deep water foundation cofferdam.Therefore, based on the engineering background of Zhenluo Yellow River Extra-large Bridge, this paper comprehensively understands the engineering design and geological and hydrological conditions, and then carries out the construction design of steel sheet pile cofferdam, and analyzes the construction control measures of steel sheet pile cofferdam from the aspects of insertion of steel sheet pile, installation of internal support and excavation of foundation pit in cofferdam.Aiming at the problems of spatial positioning difficulty and leakage in the construction of steel sheet pile cofferdam, it proposes leakage treatment measures and deformation monitoring of steel sheet pile cofferdam to ensure the construction quality of steel sheet pile cofferdam.
