基于模糊诊断技术的海洋石油平台仪表系统故障诊断方法分析

摘要 海上环境较为复杂,容易受到磁场及天气因素的影响,而海洋石油平台仪表控制的对象较为复杂,仪表系统容易出现故障。仪表系统出现的故障类型多样,且原因较为复杂,应采用科学的技术提高海洋石油平台仪表系统故障诊断准确率。为加强对海洋石油平台仪表系统故障诊断技术的认识,文章以海洋石油平台仪表调试工作的重要性为切入点,并介绍海洋石油平台仪表系统常见故障,接着阐述模糊诊断技术的原理,最后探究基于模糊诊断技术的海洋石油平台仪表系统故障诊断方法,以供参考。 The offshore environment is complex and vulnerable to the influence of magnetic field and weather factors,while the instrument control object of offshore oil platform is complex, and the instrument system is prone to failure.The fault types of the instrument system are diverse and the causes are complex. Scientific technology should be used to improve the fault diagnosis accuracy of instrument system in offshore oil platform. In order to strengthen the understanding of fault diagnosis technology for instrument system of offshore oil platform, this paper takes the importance of instrument debugging of offshore oil platform as the starting point, introduces the common faults of instrument system in offshore oil platform, then expounds the principle of fuzzy diagnosis technology, and finally explores the fault diagnosis method of instrument system in offshore oil platform based on fuzzy diagnosis technology for reference.
