RPA技术在水务跨系统数据报送中的应用研究

摘要 当前,以机器人流程自动化(robotic process automation, RPA)为代表的自动化技术深刻影响着企业数字化转型进程,就水务行业的统计业务而言,存在大量如数据整理、跨系统数据报送等耗时长却难度不大的工作,严重消耗着企业的人力、物力。为此,文章通过介绍RPA的技术特点及水务跨系统数据报送工作存在的痛点问题,探讨RPA技术在跨系统数据报送工作中应用的可行性及优势,并进一步结合无锡水务集团下辖三个污水处理厂对RPA技术的应用,验证分析RPA的实际应用效果,以期达到解放人力,提升工作效率的目的。 At present, the automation technology represented by robotic process automation(RPA) has a profound impact on the digital transformation process of enterprises. As far as the statistical business of the water industry is concerned,there are a lot of time-consuming but less difficult work such as data collation and cross-system data submission, which seriously consumes the manpower and material resources of enterprises. In this regard, by introducing the technical characteristics of RPA and the pain points in the cross-system data submission work of water affairs, this paper discusses the feasibility and advantages of the application of RPA technology in the cross-system data submission work,and further combines the application of RPA technology in three sewage treatment plants under the jurisdiction of Wuxi Water Group to verify and analyze the practical application effect of RPA, in order to achieve the goal of liberating manpower and improving work efficiency.
