摘要
目前,针对高速公路高分子材料质量的传统检测技术存在检测速率低、效果差及信息化程度不高的问题。为此,文章开展基于红外光谱技术的沥青质量快速检测试验方法研究。首先采用红外光谱仪评定沥青质量,然后对影响红外光谱试验检测结果的试验条件展开细化梳理,并分析其各自影响程度,最后将红外光谱试验结果与沥青常规性能试验结果进行对比,验证其检测准确性。结果表明:针对基质沥青与SBS改性沥青,加热温度分别不超过150℃和180℃,能有效减轻加热过程中沥青的老化程度;加热次数对于试验结果影响较小;试验结果受人为因素的干扰较小;相似度较高的沥青样品常规性能基本一致,而相似度较低的沥青样品路用性能存在明显差异。
At present, the traditional detection technology for the quality of expressway polymer materials has the problems of low detection speed, poor effect and low degree of informatization. For this reason, this paper studies the test method for rapid detection of asphalt quality based on infrared spectroscopy technology. Firstly, the quality of asphalt was evaluated by infrared spectrometer. Then, the test conditions affecting the test results of infrared spectroscopy were refined and sorted out, and their respective influence degrees were analyzed. Finally, the test results of infrared spectroscopy were compared with the test results of asphalt conventional performance to verify the detection accuracy.The results show that the heating temperature of base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt is no more than 150 ℃ and 180 ℃respectively, which can effectively reduce the aging degree of asphalt during heating. The heating times have little effect on the test results. The test results are less disturbed by human factors. The conventional performance of asphalt samples with high similarity is basically the same, while the road performance of asphalt samples with low similarity is significantly different.
