Research on Risk Management of Water Conservancy Informatization Project Based on AHP——Taking the Agricultural Water-saving Engineering Informatization Project in a Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area as an Example

发展智慧水利是推进新阶段水利事业高质量发展的重要实施途径。基于此,文章以某引黄灌区农业节水工程信息化项目为例,基于层次分析法进行风险因素重要性评价,探讨智慧水利背景下信息化项目风险管理方法和经验,以期为类似项目风险管理提供指导或借鉴。

The development of smart water conservancy is an important way to promote the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage. Based on this, this paper takes the agricultural water-saving engineering informatization project in a Yellow River diversion irrigation area as an example, evaluates the importance of risk factors based on analytic hierarchy process, and discusses the risk management methods and experience of informatization project under the background of smart water conservancy, in order to provide guidance or reference for risk management of similar projects.
