The rapid development of science and technology has injected new impetus into the construction industry.BIM technology is a digital modeling technology, which can greatly improve the allocation level of human resources and the efficiency of the whole project management, so it is widely used in construction projects. Based on this, this paper first introduces the connotation and application significance of BIM technology, then summarizes the key points of construction project management based on BIM technology, and puts forward the quality control measures of construction project management under the background of BIM technology application, aiming at promoting the innovation of construction project management and providing new ideas for managers.
