水利工程施工质量控制问题及应对措施分析

Analysis on Quality Control Problems and Countermeasures of Water Conservancy Project Construction

近年来,在“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”治水思路的指引下,我国水利基础设施体系建设取得了飞速发展。然而现阶段水利工程施工质量管理与控制仍有待改进与完善之处,对此,文章对水利工程施工质量控制问题进行分析,并提出了相应的施工质量控制措施,包括完善质量控制体系、构建高效监督机制、严格把控施工环节及提高质量管理人员专业水平,以期促进水利工程建设质量的提升,使其发挥出应有的价值功能。

In recent years, the construction of water conservancy infrastructure system in China has achieved rapid development under the guidance of water control idea of “water-saving priority, spatial balance, systematic management,and dual efforts”. However, at this stage, the construction quality management and control of water conservancy projects still need to be improved and perfected. In this regard,this paper analyzes the construction quality control problems of water conservancy projects, and puts forward corresponding construction quality control measures, including improving the quality control system, building an efficient supervision mechanism, strictly controlling the construction links and improving the professional level of quality management personnel, in order to promote the improvement of the construction quality of water conservancy projects and make them play their due value functions.
