下穿铁路桥的盾构最佳埋深研究——以郑州市轨道交通7号线刺绣路站—南环公园站施工项目为例

摘要 盾构施工过程中会穿越桥梁,由于盾构的存在破坏了桥梁原有结构的稳定性,会造成桥梁沉降出现。文章以郑州市轨道交通7号线刺绣路站—南环公园站施工项目为例,采用有限元方法分析了盾构不同埋深情况下的铁路桥沉降变化,结合有限元结果分析了盾构对铁路桥稳定性的影响机理,指出了最佳埋深的取值方法,以期为类似工程施工和盾构埋深选择提供理论依据和方法参考。 The shield will cross the bridge during the construction process. Because the shield destroys the stability of the original structure of the bridge, it will cause the bridge settlement. Taking the construction project of Cixiulu Station-Nanhuan Gongyuan Station of Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 7 as an example, this paper analyzes the settlement change of railway bridge under different buried depths of shield by finite element method. Combined with the finite element results, the influence mechanism of shield on the stability of railway bridge is analyzed, and the method to determine the optimum buried depth is pointed out, so as to provide theoretical basis and method reference for similar engineering construction and shield buried depth selection.
