摘要
近零能耗建筑基于其能源消耗较低、能效较高的特点,近年来被我国各地所普遍应用,而在我国的部分严寒地区,该建筑类型具有更显著的实用价值。基于此,文章对国内外近零能耗建筑的研究发展现状及建设近零能耗建筑的必要性进行了分析,然后探讨了寒冷地区近零能耗建筑的实现途径,包括结合被动式设计理念优化建筑设计、充分利用太阳能资源等,并进一步提出近零能耗建筑的推广发展建议。
Based on the characteristics of low energy consumption and high energy efficiency, near-zero energy consumption buildings have been widely used in China in recent years. In some cold regions of China, this kind of building has more practical value. Based on this, this paper analyzes the research and development status of near-zero energy consumption buildings at home and abroad and the necessity of building near-zero energy consumption buildings.Then, it discusses the realization ways of near-zero energy consumption buildings in cold regions, including optimizing architectural design in combination with passive design concepts, making full use of solar energy resources, etc., and further puts forward suggestions for the promotion and development of near-zero energy consumption buildings.
