摘要
在科学技术的发展下,MBR工艺作为应用于污水处理中的新工艺,其充分融合生物反应器以及膜过滤技术,尽可能保障污泥量。与传统工艺相比,在出水水质完全相同的状况下,MBR工艺具备更高的容积负荷,能够充分节约生化池占地。文章围绕某污水处理厂MBR膜生物反应器工艺进行探讨,首先介绍了工艺的基本概念和应用优势,然后具体对该工艺中重要的两个部分,即A/A/O生物反应池和MBR膜池的设计展开分析,希望为相关人员带来一些参考。
With the development of science and technology,MBR process, as a new process applied in sewage treatment,fully integrates bioreactor and membrane filtration technology to ensure the amount of sludge as much as possible. Compared with the traditional process, the MBR process has a higher volume load and can fully save the floor space of the biochemical tank under the same effluent quality. This paper discusses the MBR membrane bioreactor process of a sewage treatment plant. Firstly, it introduces the basic concept and application advantages of the process.Then, it analyzes the design of two important parts of the process, namely, A/A/O biological reaction tank and MBR membrane tank, hoping to provide some reference for relevant personnel.
