建筑工程防水防渗施工关键技术研究

Research on the Key Technology of Waterproof and Anti-seepage Construction of Construction Projects

建筑工程渗漏问题一直以来都是影响建筑工程项目施工质量的重点和难点,如何解决建筑工程项目重点部位渗漏问题是目前需要解决的关键问题。文章在对建筑工程各部位渗漏的原因进行分析的基础上,提出了建筑工程防水防渗施工关键技术,并制定了相应的技术应用保障措施,以供相关施工人员参考,以期有效保障建筑工程质量。

The leakage problem of construction projects has always been the key and difficult point affecting construction quality of construction projects. How to solve the leakage problem in key parts of construction projects is the key problem to be solved at present. Based on the analysis of the causes of leakage in various parts of the construction project, this paper puts forward the key technology of waterproof and anti-seepage construction in the construction project, and formulates corresponding technical application guarantee measures for the reference of relevant construction personnel, in order to effectively guarantee the quality of the construction project.
