隧道施工中成型管片轴线控制技术研究

摘要 针对隧道轴线偏移较大的问题,要结合设计要求和实际施工标准,采取成型管片轴线控制技术。文章结合某工程案例,首先从施工要素、参数误差、盾尾刷等方面分析成型管片轴线出现偏移的原因,然后依据轴线控制技术方案流程,进行对应的测量工作,建立坐标系统的同时,实现导向测量和人工测量,并采取管片轴线控制措施。校正结果表明,此工程采取的控制措施满足平竖曲线盾构推进轴线控制要求,能够全面提升隧道施工质量效果,减少安全隐患。 In view of the problem of large deviation of tunnel axis, the axis control technology of formed segment should be adopted in combination with design requirements and actual construction standards. Based on a project case,this paper first analyzes the reasons for the deviation of the axis of the formed segment from the aspects of construction elements, parameter errors, shield tail brush, etc. Then, it carries out the corresponding measurement work according to the axis control technical scheme process. While establishing the coordinate system, the guided measurement and manual measurement are realized, and the segment axis control measures are taken. The correction results show that the control measures adopted in this project meet the requirements of the horizontal and vertical curve shield driving axis control, which can comprehensively improve the quality of tunnel construction and reduce the safety hazards.
