摘要
对工程项目成本进行有效控制是建筑工程企业提高利润的重要依据。文章首先对建筑工程预算编制的意义进行简述,然后分析了工程预算编制对工程造价的影响,最后提出了一系列加强建筑工程预算编制的优化措施,以充分发挥预算编制对造价成本的有效控制作用,实现工程项目建设企业的利润最大化。
The effective control of project cost is an important basis for construction enterprises to improve profits. This paper first briefly describes the significance of construction project budget preparation, then analyzes the influence of project budget preparation on project cost, and finally puts forward a series of optimization measures to strengthen construction project budget preparation, so as to give full play to the effective control effect of budget preparation on cost and realize the maximization of profits of project construction enterprises.
