摘要
文章依托具体隧道工程,开展了全工序机械化施工作业线配套研究,形成了“1洞9线”施工模式,并对机械化与人工作业的人员数量、开挖进度及施工成本等方面进行对比分析,实践证明,全工序机械化施工可以显著提高施工工效,施工经验能够为后续的隧道铁路建设提供借鉴。
Based on the specific tunnel project, this paper carries out the supporting research on the full-process mechanized construction operation line, forming the construction mode of "1 hole with 9 lines", and compares and analyzes the number of personnel, excavation progress and construction cost of mechanized and manual operations.Practice has proved that the full-process mechanized construction can significantly improve the construction efficiency, and the construction experience can provide reference for the subsequent tunnel railway construction.
