基于CFD的全封闭永磁电机内部传热研究

摘要 文章以某MW级全封闭永磁电机为研究对象,提出了一种基于CFD方法的热仿真计算数学模型,通过对电机在额定工况下的温升情况进行研究分析,验证了该热仿真计算数学模型的可靠性,同时提出绕组端部直冷与绕组端部灌封两种提升电机内部传热效果的措施。采用上述模型对两种措施的传热效果进行分析,结果表明两种措施对于提升电机内部传热均具有较好的效果。 In this paper, a MW-class fully enclosed permanent magnet motor is taken as the research object,and a mathematical model of thermal simulation calculation based on CFD is proposed. Through the research and analysis on the temperature rise of motor under rated operating conditions, the reliability of the mathematical model of thermal simulation calculation is verified. At the same time, two measures to improve the internal heat transfer effect of motor are proposed, which are end windings direct cooling and end windings potting. The above model is used to analyze the heat transfer effect of the two measures. The results show that the two measures have good effect on improving the internal heat transfer of motor.
