摘要 为研究轨道不平顺对地铁车辆一系钢弹簧寿命的影响,针对国内某地铁线路进行了轨道不平顺测试、一系钢弹簧振动响应测试、一系钢弹簧安装座振动特性测试,测试结果表明轨道不平顺通过频率与一系钢弹簧固有频率相吻合是影响一系钢弹簧寿命的原因。对一系钢弹簧进行应力测试,并基于测试结果进行疲劳寿命分析,结果表明:通过优化行车速度的方法避免轨道不平顺通过频率与一系钢弹簧固有频率吻合,可有效延长一系钢弹簧的使用寿命。 In order to study the influence of track irregularity on the life of primary steel spring of metro vehicle, the track irregularity test, vibration response test of primary steel spring and vibration characteristic test of primary steel spring mounting seat are carried out for a domestic metro line. The test results show that the coincidence between the passing frequency of track irregularity and the natural frequency of the primary steel spring is the reason that affects the life of the primary steel spring. The stress test of the primary steel spring is carried out, and the fatigue life is analyzed based on the test results. The results show that the service life of the primary steel spring can be effectively prolonged by optimizing the driving speed to avoid the coincidence between the passing frequency of track irregularity and the natural frequency of primary steel spring.
