神24电力机车高压电器箱研制

摘要 为降低环境对神24电力机车车顶高压电气设备的影响,解决高压部件绝缘子频繁的日常人工清洁问题,研制了一种高低压分区的高压电器箱来集成安装车顶网侧高压电气设备。文章对该高压电器箱的结构、密封和绝缘设计进行了详细介绍,试验结果和运用情况表明:该高压电器箱能提升牵引系统高压电器环境适应性和运用可靠性,降低日常检修费用,检修维护间隔由日检提升到3年检。 In order to reduce the impact of the environment on the high voltage electrical equipment on the roof of Shen24 electric locomotive, and solve the problem of frequent daily manual cleaning of high voltage component insulators, a high voltage electrical box with high and low voltage partitions is developed to integrate the installation of high voltage electrical equipment on the roof grid side. This paper presents the structural, sealing and insulation design of the high voltage electrical box in detail. The test results and application show that the high voltage electrical box can improve the environmental adaptability and operation reliability of the traction system high voltage electrical apparatus, reduce the daily maintenance cost, and upgrade the maintenance interval from daily inspection increase to three-year inspection.
