摘要
在建高速公路桥梁上跨既有营运高速公路桥梁,需重点关注跨路施工对营运道路的影响。结合营运道路远期扩建、桥梁结构经济合理、尽量缩短施工周期等因素,选用大跨度钢混组合梁桥跨越既有营运高速公路简支小箱梁桥。为确保钢混组合梁桥施工过程中临时支撑体系的安全,运用MIDAS和ANSYS有限元软件分析不同工况下支架及小箱梁受力情况,总结分析此类支撑体系模型的传力机理,为大跨度钢混组合梁桥跨越既有营运高速桥梁的临时支撑体系设计及施工提供一定的理论参考。
As for highway bridges under construction overpassing operating expressway bridges, attention to impact of cross-road construction on operating roads shall be paid. Being combined with factors such as long-term expansion of operation road, economical and reasonable bridge structure, and shortening of construction period as far as possible, the long-span steel-concrete composite girder bridge has been selected to cross the existing operation expressway simply supported small box girder bridge after comprehensive comparison and selection. In order to ensure the safety of temporary support system during the construction of steel-concrete composite girder bridge, MIDAS and ANSYS finite element software have been used to analyze the stress of support and small box girder under different working conditions. The force transmission mechanism of this supporting system model has been summed up, which could provide a theoretical reference for the design and construction of temporary support system of long-span steel-concrete composite girder bridge overpassing existing high-speed bridges.
