高速公路作为治理超载行为的前沿阵地,在入口拒超、非现场执法工作中发挥了不可替代的重要作用。然而随着治超形势变化以及收费站扩建征地困难等因素,现有高速公路入口拒超系统难以满足通行要求。收费站共享式入口拒超系统将称重数据和牌识数据传输到入口拒超工控机,工控机将计重数据上传至站级管理服务器,所有入口车道根据车牌识别设备获取的牌识数据,从站级管理服务器调取该车的称重数据,实现一台计重设备共享给所有入口车道,使所有入口车道实现货车计重通行。

As the forefront of overload control, highway plays an irreplaceable role in the entrance rejection and off-site law enforcement work. However, with the change of traffic control situation and the difficulty of land acquisition for toll station expansion, it is difficult for the existing highway entrance rejection system to meet the traffic requirements. The toll station shared entrance reject system could transmit the weighing data and license identification data to the entrance reject industrial computer, which will upload the weighing data to the station level management server. According to the license plate recognition data obtained by the license plate recognition equipment, all the entrance lanes will get the weighing data of the vehicle from the station level management server, realizing a weighing device sharing to all the entrance lanes, so that all the entrance lanes can realize truck charge-by-weight.
