摘要
文章基于某国产化电力机车不退火转向架构架的制造,阐述了不退火构架的型式强度试验情况,并模拟测试了构架全寿命周期四个阶段的表面残余应力,以及疲劳试验结束后的近表层残余应力。结果表明:不退火构架型式强度试验合格;不退火构架通过喷丸工艺在表面和近表层引入较大的压缩残余应力,而且压缩残余应力在全寿命周期会得到维持,不会发生明显的残余应力释放。
Based on the manufacture of the bogie frame without annealing of a domestic electric locomotive,the type strength test of the bogie frame without annealing is described.The surface residual stress of the frame in four stages and the near surface residual stress after the fatigue test are measured by simulating its whole life cycle.The results show that the type strength test of the frame without annealing is qualified.The bogie frame without annealing introduces large compressive residual stress on the surface and near the surface through shot peening,and the compressive residual stress will be maintained in the whole life cycle without obvious residual stress relaxation.
