摘要
针对高速磁浮列车铝合金悬浮架螺栓群连接结构有限元分析方法的不足,文章综合分析了预紧力单元法、温度等效法和等效力法等3种螺栓预紧力的模拟方法,以及接触法、耦合与约束方程法两种连接结构接触的模拟方法,搭建了磁浮构架有限元模型,并以C型托臂为对象,研究螺栓连接件应力分布情况。结果表明,采用等效力法、耦合与约束方程法进行螺栓群连接件有限元分析,能较为正确地反映磁浮构架结构的实际受力情况,不会出现局部应力集中,且计算效率较高。
Aiming at the shortcomings of finite element analysis method for the bolt group connection structure of aluminum alloy suspension frame of high speed maglev train,this paper comprehensively analyzes the pretightening force unit method,the temperature equivalent method and the equivalent force method for the pretightening force simulation,as well as the contact method and the coupling and constraint equation method for simulating the connecting structure contact.The finite element model of maglev frame is built,and the stress distribution of the bolt connector is studied by taking the type C supporting arm as the object.The results show that the finite element analysis of bolt group connector using equivalent force method and coupling and constraint equation method can correctly reflect the actual stress of maglev frame.This method will not cause local stress concentration,and has high computational efficiency.
