摘要
德国作为全球范围促进可持续发展教育的高参与度国家,经历了从参与联合国教科文组织的项目行动,到建构具有德国特色的结构化可持续发展教育治理体系的过程。通过支持可持续发展教育的国际进程、可持续发展教育国家行动计划的设计与实施、立法期可持续发展教育国家报告的颁布等系列行动,使德国成为世界公认的倡导与践行可持续发展教育的典范国家。可持续发展教育的德国经验在教育价值追求、系统顶层设计以及具体实施路径等方面给我们以启迪.
As a highly engaged country in the global promotion of Education for Sustainable Development(ESD),Germany has gone through a process from participating in UNESCO's initiatives to constructing a structured ESD governance system with German characteristics.Through a series of actions such as supporting the international process of ESD,the design and implementation of the ESD National Action Plan,and the promulgation of the ESD National Report during the legislative period,Germany has become recognized worldwide as a model for advocating and practicing ESD.The German experience in ESD has enlightened us regarding educational value pursuit,top-level system design,and concrete implementation.
