数字赋能下的文化遗产保护战略——以西班牙国家图书馆为例

Cultural Heritage Protection Strategy under Digital Empowerment: Take the National Library of Spain as an Example

数字强国的宏观背景下,利用数字技术赋能文化遗产保护成为现代图书馆的时代使命,分析并借鉴他国图书馆在文化遗产保护方面的创新举措,有助于推进我国文化遗产保护进程。在此方面,西班牙国家图书馆联合多方机构和社会群体,通过数字化工具赋能文化遗产保护工作,在数据创造性重用、网络档案建设、信息开放获取以及多主体协作四个方面具有创造性举措,令文化遗产展现出顺应时代需求的教育价值和使用价值。这对我国图书馆开启数字赋能下的文化遗产素养教育、开创以“人”为中心的文化遗产保护格局、实现创新合作模式和推动文化遗产保护创造性转化具有一定的参考价值。

Under the macro background of digital power, it is the mission of modern libraries to use digital technology to empower cultural heritage protection. Analyzing and drawing on the innovative measures of other countries’ libraries in cultural heritage protection will help to promote the process of cultural heritage protection in China. In this regard, the National Library of Spain has empowered the protection of cultural heritage through digital tools with various institutions and social groups, and takes creative measures in four aspects: data creative reuse, network archives construction, open access to information and multi-agent collaboration, so that cultural heritages show the educational value and use value in line with the needs of the times. This has certain reference value for China libraries to open the cultural heritage literacy education under digital empowerment, create a “people-centered” cultural heritage protection pattern, realize innovate cooperation mode and promote the creative transformation of cultural heritage protection.
