现代大学图书馆智库化转型发展之道

On Think-Tank Transformation and Development of Modern University Libraries

“智库化”转型发展是现代大学图书馆内涵和专业性理念的体现,是实现大学图书馆现代化发展的重要方面。本文提出转型发展路径有三个:一是角色定位要从传统大学图书馆向新型大学图书馆转型;二是运行机制要充分比较和权衡权力运行向度、组织运行方法和运行机制要素,力求从管理机制到治理机制的转变;三是构建系统的、全方位的新型服务能力。通过资源建设发展策略、治理机制创新策略、新型服务能力策略,推动我国大学图书馆的现代化发展。

The"Think-tank"transformation and development is the embodiment of the connotation and professional concept of modern university libraries.It is an important aspect to realize the modernization of university libraries.There are three ways for university libraries to realize"Think tank"transformation and development:firstly,the role orientation should be transformed from traditional university library to new-type university library;secondly,the operation mechanism should fully compare and balance the power operation direction,organization operation method and operation mechanism elements,and strive to transform from management mechanism to governance mechanism;thirdly,systematic and all-round new service capability needs to be built.Through resource construction development strategy,governance mechanism innovation strategy and new-type service ability strategy,the paper tries to promote the modernization development of university libraries in China.
