摘要 干部人事档案专项审核全覆盖工作(以下简称“全覆盖”工作),是干部人事档案工作中的一项重要内容。“全覆盖”工作应秉承《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》(以下简称《规划》)的重要精神和指示,充分发挥干部人事档案工作在党和国家工作中的基础支撑性作用。论文探讨了推进“全覆盖”工作存在的困难,并据此阐述了依据《规划》精神,南京医科大学“全覆盖”工作的开展情况以及具体举措,并进一步思考“全覆盖”工作后,如何依据《规划》精神,在“治理体系、资源体系、信息化、人才队伍”等相关方面进行深入建设,从而提升其治理效能、质量管控、服务效率,推进高校干部人事档案事业的进一步发展。 The full coverage of the cadre personnel archives(hereinafter referred to as "full coverage" work) is an important part of the cadre personnel archives work.The "full coverage" work should follow the important spirit and instructions of the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Archives(hereinafter referred to as the Plan),give full play to the basic supporting role of the cadre personnel archives work in the Party and national work.The paper discusses the difficulties in advancing the "full coverage" work,and accordingly expounds the development of the "full coverage" work and concrete measures in accordance with the spirit in Nanjing Medical University.Then it further thinks about how to conduct the in-depth construction from the perspective of "governance system,resource system,informatization,talent team" according to the spirit of the Plan after the "full coverage" work,in order to enhance its governance efficiency,quality control,service efficiency,and promote the further development of the cause of cadre personnel archives in colleges and universities.
