数字人文视域下专题档案多维开发利用路径研究——以“乾隆南巡”专题档案为例

Multi-dimensional Development and Utilization Path of Special Archives from the Perspective of Digital Humanities——Taking the Special Archives of Qianlong’s Southern Inspection Tour as an Example

引入数字人文技术以探索专题档案多维开发利用的新路径。以数字人文理论和方法为依据,构建专题档案多维开发利用的实现路径,即以时间、空间和主题三个叙事维度为基础,运用多样化的数字人文技术对专题档案资源进行收集、整理、著录、加工等一系列建设工作,最终形成一个系统完整的数字人文产品。最后,以乾隆南巡专题档案为实例,进行实证分析。该路径具有三个层面的实效:资源层面,多维集成分散的专题档案资源,实现资源体系化;内容层面,将专题档案蕴含的丰富内容进行提炼与呈现,实现内容场景化;用户层面,将静态的叙事信息进行多媒体方面的呈现,实现知识大众化。

Digital humanities technology is introduced to explore the new path of multi-dimensional development and utilization of special archives.Based on the digital humanities theories and methods,the paper constructs the multi-dimensional development and utilization path of special archives.Specifically,it firstly identifies the narrative dimensions of time,space and subject,then it uses diversified digital humanities technologies to collect,arrange,describe and process the targeted special archives,and finally,it creates a whole system of digital humanities product.It takes the special archives of Qianlong’s southern inspection tour as an example to conduct empirical analysis.The path has three levels of effectiveness: at the resource level,scattered special archives resources are multi-dimensionally integrated to realize resource systematization;at the content level,the rich content contained in special archives is refined and presented to realize content contextualization;at the user level,the static narrative information is presented in multi-media to realize the popularization of knowledge.
