PDW联合PLR诊断复发性流产的价值及意义

目的 探究血小板分布宽度(PDW)联合血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)诊断复发性流产(RSA)的价值及意义。方法 选取许昌市第三人民医院2018年1月至2019年10月收治的125例RSA患者为RSA组,另选取95例同期人工流产的健康育龄期妇女作为对照组,观察两组相关血液指标,Logistic回归分析危险因素,ROC曲线观察诊断效能。结果 两组红细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),RSA组患者PDW与PLR高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析,PLR和PDW是RSA的两个独立危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDW诊断AUC为0.847,PLR诊断AUC为0.821,联合诊断AUC为0.926,联合诊断效能最好。结论 RSA患者PDW、PLR显著高于正常妊娠妇女,PDW联合PLR可作为诊断RSA的临床指标。

Objective To explore the value and significance of PDW combined with PLR in the diagnosis of recurrent miscarriage.Methods A total of 125 RSA patients admitted to Xuchang Third People′s Hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the RSA group.and 95 healthy women of childbearing age who had induced abortions during the same period were selected as the control group, and the relevant blood indicators and Logistic of the two groups were observed.Regression analysis of risk factors, ROC curve returns the diagnostic efficiency.Results There was no significant difference in hematocrit(HCT),red blood cell count(RBC),and hemoglobin(Hb)between the two groups(P>0.05).The PDW and PLR of the RSA group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After Logistic regression analysis, PLR and PDW are two independent risk factors for RSA,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);PDW diagnosis AUC is 0.847,PLR diagnosis AUC is 0.821,combined diagnosis AUC is 0.926,combined The diagnostic efficiency is the best.Conclusion The PDW and PLR of RSA patients are significantly higher than those of normal pregnant women.PDW combined with PLR can be used as clinical indicators for the diagnosis of RSA.
