医用弹力袜联合早期双下肢按摩在糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者术后下肢深静脉血栓预防中的应用

Application of medical elastic stockings combined with early massage of both lower extremities in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans under diabetes

目的 医用弹力袜联合早期双下肢按摩在糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者术后下肢深静脉血栓预防中的应用。方法 选取我院2017年1月-2019年1月收治的85例糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症采取手术治疗的患者。采用随机数字表法分为实验组(n=42)和对照组(n=43),实验组在对照组的基础上加以早期双下肢按摩护理,对照组给予常规护理和医用弹力袜治疗。对比两组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率;对比两组患者在治疗4周前后生活质量、疼痛程度。结果 相比于对照组发生率23.25%(10/43),实验组发生率2.38%(1/42)显著更低(P<0.05);治疗4周后,相比对照组,实验组生活质量简表(SF-36)评分显著提高,疼痛模拟视觉评分(VAS)显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 医用弹力袜联合早期双下肢按摩在血管外科糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者术后下肢深静脉血栓预防中的应用效果较好,能够有效降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,提高生活质量,降低疼痛程度。

Objective To study the application of medical elastic stockings combined with early massage of both lower limbs in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs in patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans under diabetes.Methods Eighty-five patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group(n=42)and control group(n=43).The experimental group received early massage care of both lower limbs on the basis of the control group, and the control group received conventional care and medical elastic stockings.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities;the quality of life and pain degree before and after 4 weeks of treatment were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the incidence rate of experimental group was significantly lower[23.25%(10/43)vs.2.38%(1/42),P<0.05)].After 4 weeks of treatment, compared with the control group, the score of the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)was significantly improved in the experimental group, and the visual analog score(VAS)was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of medical elastic stockings and early massage of both lower extremities is effective in preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans after vascular diabetes, which can effectively reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities, improve the quality of life, and reduce pain degree.
