护理本科生网络学习行为现状及影响因素研究 被引量:1

Status quo and influencing factors of online learning behavior of nursing undergraduates

摘要 目的了解护理本科生网络学习行为的现状及特征,并分析护理本科生网络学习行为的影响因素,以期为提高护理本科生网络学习水平提出建议。方法2022年2月,采用便利抽样法选取浙江中医药大学护理学专业219名本科生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷和大学生网络学习行为量表对其进行调查。结果护理本科生网络学习行为得分为(74.57±9.34)分,回归分析显示,性别、是否获得过奖学金、是否初步制定职业生涯规划、对护理专业的态度、进行网络学习的场所、每日网络学习行为时长、网络学习时的专注情况、网络环境下学习满意度8个因素进入网络学习行为的回归方程(R2=0.211,P<0.05)。结论护理本科生网络学习行为处于中等偏上水平,但仍有提升空间。 Objective To explore the status quo and characteristics of nursing undergraduates′online learning behavior,analyze the influencing factors of such behavior,and put forward suggestions for improving the outcome of their online learning.Methods In February 2022,219 undergraduate nursing students in Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were chosen to be our research subjects through convenience sampling.They were surveyed with general information questionnaire and college students′online learning behavior scale.Results The average score of nursing undergraduates′online learning behavior was(74.57±9.34).Regression analysis showed that the regression equation of online learning behavior included the following eight factors:gender,scholarships,preliminary career plans,attitude towards the nursing program,place for online learning,daily amount of time spent on online learning,attention during online learning,and satisfaction with online learning(R~2=0.211,P<0.05).Conclusions The online learning behavior of undergraduate nursing students is above the average level,but still with room for improvement.
