摘要
以行业结合度、学生未来就业岗位为切入点,探索性地将逆向教学设计融入中药制药生产实习课程中,结合学情,设计层级化的教学目标,即除了提升学生知识整合应用能力、创新能力的核心目标外,还有提高学生职业素养、综合能力的二级、三级目标,制定达到该目标的多元化评价策略,并开展与之对应多样化的教学活动。结果表明,逆向教学设计可切实提高学生理论知识与实际生产的融会贯通能力、提升学生的职业素养和综合能力,取得良好的教学效果。
This paper explores the application of backward design in the internship program Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Pharmaceutics to meet industry requirements and prepare students for future employment.Based on students′learning situation,hierarchical teaching goals were set which included not only the primary objectives of improving students′ability of knowledge integration,application and innovation,but also secondary and tertiary goals of improving their professionalism and comprehensive abilities.In addition,diversified evaluation parameters to achieve the goals were formulated,and corresponding diversified teaching activities carried out.The results showed that such backward design could effectively improve students′ability to apply theoretical know-ledge to practical TCM pharmaceutical manufacturing,enhance their professionalism and comprehensive abilities,and achieve better teaching and learning outcomes.
