摘要
目的了解护理硕士研究生自我导向学习现状及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、自我导向学习评定量表和硕士研究生专业承诺问卷对护理硕士研究生进行问卷调查。结果护理硕士研究生自我导向学习总分为(224.24±32.56)分。多元线性回归分析显示,是否初步制订职业生涯规划、是否了解自我导向学习和专业承诺3个因素进入护理硕士研究生自我导向学习的回归方程(P<0.05)。结论护理硕士研究生自我导向学习处于中等偏上水平。建议学校和护理教育管理者加强职业生涯规划教育,帮助学生尽早制定职业规划;通过开设讲座等途径提高学生对自主学习知识的了解程度;强化专业认同导向教育,提高学生的专业承诺水平。
Objective To identify the factors influencing the self-directed learning of nursing postgraduates.Methods Nursing postgraduates selected through convenience sampling were investigated with general data questionnaire,self-rating scale of self-directed learning(SRSSDL)and professional commitment scale for postgraduate students.Results The total score on SRSSDL was(224.24±32.56).Multiple linear regression showed that whether they make preliminary career planning,whether they understand self-directed learning and professional commitment were the main factors affecting self-directed learning of nursing postgraduates(P<0.05).Conclusions The status quo of self-directed learning of nursing postgraduates is above the average.Universities and nursing education administrators should help students make career plans as early as possible by strengthening career planning education;improve their understanding of self-directed learning through lectures etc;and strengthen their professional commitment by better professional values education.
