“五育并举”培养高质量中医药人才的实践探索 被引量:8

Curriculum to cultivate high-quality TCM talents with equal emphasis on five aspects of education

摘要 为了达成培养德智体美劳全面发展的高质量人才的新时代中医药高等教育的育人目标,积极探索构建“五育并举”的人才培养体系。以德立人,建立思政课程、通识课程、专业课程三位一体的大德育体系;以智慧人,优化教学内容与评价方式,完成课程体系的调整和升级;以体健人,将中医药理论与运动理论相融合,开展体育教学改革;以美化人,加强美育内涵建设,形成多元化美育课程体系;以劳塑人,发挥中医药特色,搭建劳动教育生态系统,以实现五育并举,融合育人,培养符合新时代需求的中医药人才。 Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has actively explored and established a talent cultivation curriculum with equal emphasis on five aspects of education in order to achieve the goal of higher education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the new era of cultivating high-quality talents with all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.To cultivate students′morality,the university has established a moral education system of ideological and political courses,general education courses and professional courses.To sharpen their intelligence,it has optimized the teaching content and evaluation method,and adjusted and upgraded relevant curriculum.To strengthen their physique,education reform has been carried out by integrating TCM theory with sports theory.To enhance their aesthetics,we have strengthened its connotation and form a diversified aesthetic education curriculum.To train them with labor,we have built up an ecological system of labor education,giving full play to the characteristics of TCM.In conclusion,we put equal emphasis on students′integrated development in the five aspects to cultivate TCM talents that meet the needs of the new era.
