摘要
如今,我国计算机技术逐渐成熟,事业单位在进行人事管理过程中也逐渐开始应用计算机技术。计算机技术能够规避传统管理过程中的问题,实现现代化管理目标,因此事业单位需要了解计算机技术的实际应用价值,明确其应用要点,将其与人事管理工作融合,进而提高人事管理工作效能。为.此,文章以计算机技术为例,对其在人事管理中的具体应用展开深入分析。
Nowadays,China's computer technology is gradually maturing,and institutions are gradually beginning to apply computer technology in the process of personnel management.Computer technology can avoid problems in traditional management processes and achieve modern management goals.Therefore,institutions need to understand the practical application value of computer technology,clarify its application points,integrate it with personnel management work,and improve the effectiveness of personnel management work.For this reason,the article takes computer technology as an example to conduct an in-depth analysis of its specific application in personnel management.
