摘要
在机械制造行业中,在零部件加工时对于几何量的精准度有着极高的要求和生产标准,在实际测量期间对零部件测量基准面的选择也十分严格。文章以几何量计量的基准转换为主要研究对象,重点分析基准转换的原则,探索基准转换在几何量计量中产生的作用和实际应用途径,以提升检测精准程度,减小零部件测量误差,并提高测量质量与工作效率。
In the mechanical manufacturing industry,there are very high requirements and production standards for the accuracy of geometric quantities during the processing of parts,and the selection of the measurement datum of parts is also very strict during the actual measurement.This paper will transform the datum of geometric measurement into the main research object,focus on analyzing the principle of datum conversion,explore the role of datum conversion in geometric measurement and the practical application way,so as to increase the detection accuracy,reduce the measurement error of parts,and improve the measurement quality and work efficiency.
