摘要
灵活就业与传统劳动形式不同,心理契约是和谐劳动关系治理的有效工具。文章在数字经济视域下,以灵活就业的心理契约为研究对象,首先介绍了心理契约的定义,其次介绍了灵活就业人员的劳动关系特征,再次从劳动关系“外部化”“善变化”“非标化”和“多元化”四方面分析了灵活就业员工心理契约的特征,最后通过培养职业能力、强调尊重和关爱,实施支持性人力资源管理构建心理契约平衡机制,从而建立和谐的劳动关系。
Flexible employment is different from traditional forms of labor,psychological contract is an effective tool to manage harmonious la bor relations.In this paper,from the perspective of digital economy,taking the psychological contract of flexible employment as the research object,firstly,the definition of psychological contract are introduced,secondly,it introduces the characteristics of labor relations of flexible employees,thirdly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of psychological contract of flexible employment employees from four aspects of“externalization”“good change”“non-standard”and“diversification”of labor relations,finally,the balance mechanism of psychological contract should be constructed by cultivating professional ability,establishing respect and care,and implementing supportive human resource ma nagement,so as to establish harmonious labor relations.
