摘要 基于人工智能的系统运行风险预警和识别技术,主要分为两方面,一方面是监控状态感知和趋势,另一方面是业务承载能力的智能化感知和识别。通过对运维数据流中的业务指标、容量类、监控类等指标,适配不同算法模型,并经指标数据筛选,过滤不相干的数据,只保留关联数据。同时,对指标数据的维度进行裁剪,仅保留关键维度,从繁杂的指标数据中选取典型的部分,再进行充分的挖掘和分析,进而实现利用数据流运行状态对业务状态影响的识别作出科学的预测。 The system operation risk early warning and identification technology based on artificial intelligence is mainly divided into two aspects,one is monitoring status perception and trend,the other is intelligent perception and identification of business carrying capacity.By adapting different,algorithm models to the business indicators,capacity classes,monitoring classes and other indicators in the operation and maintenance data stream,filter and analyze irrelevant data through indicator data filtering,and only retain the associated data.At the same time,the dimensions of the indicator data are cut,and only the key dimensions are retained.The typical parts are selected from the complex indicator data,and then the full mining and analysis are carried out,so as to realize the scientific prediction of the impact of the data flow operation status on the business status.
