摘要
在数字技术高速发展和新冠疫情给教育教学带来严峻挑战的双重背景下,数字胜任力提升成为职前教师培养的重要主题。在此背景下,文章采用系统性文献综述的方法梳理了2012~2022年25项国际实证研究成果,首先从文献发表情况、研究对象、样本量、研究方法等维度,分析了职前教师数字胜任力国际实证研究的现状;随后,文章阐述了职前教师数字胜任力国际实证研究的重点,包括职前教师数字胜任力的概念框架、影响因素和培养路径;最后,文章参考职前教师数字胜任力的国际实证研究成果,从培养平台、培养方案、培养质量评价方案三个方面提出职前教师数字胜任力培养的本土化建议,以期为数字化转型期的职前教师培养提供参考。
Under the dual backgrounds of the rapid development of digital technology and the severe challenges brought by novel coronavirus pandemic to education and teaching, it has become an important theme to improve the digital competence of pre-service teachers. Under this context, the paper adopted the systematic review method to sort out 25 international empirical research results from 2012 to 2022. Firstly, this paper analyzed the current situation of the international empirical research on the digital competence of pre-service teachers from the perspectives of literature publication, research subjects, sample size, research methods. Secondly, the paper expounded the international empirical research emphases on the digital competence of pre-service teachers, which included the conceptual framework, influencing factors and training approaches of cultivating digital competence of pre-service teachers.Finally, referring to the international empirical research emphases on the digital competency of pre-service teachers,some localization suggestions on the digital competence cultivation of pre-service teachers were put forward from three aspects of the training platform, the training program and the training quality evaluation program, expecting to provide reference for the cultivation of pre-service teachers in the digital transformation period.
