摘要
在线课程资源建设是信息技术与教育教学深度融合、创新发展的典型实践,对于深入推动教育信息化全面建设与创新发展具有关键作用。作为衡量在线课程质量的重要指标,学习满意度对于帮助教师了解学生的学习需求、改进在线课程教学方式、提升在线学习效果具有重要作用。基于此,文章以学习满意度为衡量标准,首先构建了在线课程资源学习满意度的影响因素研究框架。随后,文章依托此研究框架,通过问卷调查对在线课程资源学习满意度的现状与影响因素进行了分析,发现:学生对在线课程资源学习整体较为满意,学生认为通过在线课程资源学习能够满足基本的学习需求,在线课程资源学习能够促进学生对知识的掌握与理解;学习者感知的任务价值、指导者的教学能力、课程质量的课程内容、媒体技术的系统特性是影响在线课程资源学习满意度的主要因素。最后,文章基于研究结论,有针对性地提出提升学习者在线课程资源学习满意度的策略,以期为后疫情时期在线课程资源建设提供方向性指导。
The construction of online course resources is the typical practice of deep integration and innovative development of information technology and educational teaching, which plays a key role in promoting the comprehensive construction and innovative development of educational informationization. As an important indicator to measure the quality of online courses, learning satisfaction had an important role in helping teachers understand students’ learning needs, improving the teaching methods of online courses, and enhancing the effect of online learning.Based on this, this paper took learning satisfaction as the measurement standard, and firstly constructed the research framework of influencing factors of learning satisfaction of online course resources. Then, relying on the research framework, the paper analyzed the current situation and influencing factors of online course resource learning satisfaction through questionnaire survey. It was found that students were generally satisfied with the online course resources learning, and students believed that online course resource learning can meet their basic learning needs, and online course resource learning can help them grasp and understand knowledge. Meanwhile, students’ perceived task value, advocates’ teaching ability, the course content of course quality, and the system characteristics of media technology were the main factors affecting the learning satisfaction of online course resources. Finally, based on the research results, strategies were proposed targetedly to improve students’ learning satisfaction with online course resources, in order to provide directional guidance for the construction of online course resources in the post-pandemic period.
