泵闸施工期智能温控数据采集与管理系统研发

摘要 针对泵闸结构大体积混凝土,研发了功耗低、独立性强、施工干扰小且存取便捷的施工期智能温控数据采集与管理系统.针对DS18B20数字温度传感器,以Modbus协议为基础开发了基于VB.NET的温度采集系统,实现了对采集模块的自动编号以及采集与存储频率的自由调控;建立了含有多个温度测区表和流量表的SQL server数据库,方便数据存储、查询与管理;开发了基于B/S架构的Web温控信息管理平台,实时呈现大体积混凝土温控数据与相关图表. As for the massive concrete of pump station and sluice, a data acquisition and management system with low power consumption, strong independence, small construction interference and great access convenience is developed for the intelligent temperature controlling during construction period. With the DS18B20 digital temperature, the data acquisition system based on VB.NET is developed on the basis of Modbus protocol. For this acquisition system, the existing acquisition modules are numbered automatically, and the acquisition & storage frequency can be adjusted freely. The SQL Server database containing multiple temperature tables and flow tables is established to facilitate data storage, query and management. The B/S based web platform of information management is developed to present real-time temperature control data and related charts of mass concrete.
