超疏水涂层应用于绝缘子表面防覆冰作用探究 被引量:2

摘要 输电线路中绝缘子表面覆冰现象严重影响输电工作的正常进行,已经成为电网工作中亟待解决的问题之一.采用高效无氟的方法制备出二氧化硅超疏水涂层,以帮助输电线路绝缘子表面的防冰应用.涂层的水接触角可达161°,滑动角小于1°.在防覆冰性能试验中,液滴的开始冻结时间相比普通表面得到有效延迟,超疏水涂层表面覆冰量比普通表面降低53.6%.与此同时,该超疏水涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀性和自清洁作用,应用于绝缘子表面有良好的稳定性并且可以完成表面自清洁.因此,研究的实验结果为解决输电线路绝缘子表面的防冰问题提供了一个简单而有前景的解决方案. Ice coating on the surface of insulator in transmission lines affects the normal operation of power transmission seriously, which has become one of the problems to be solved in power grid. In this paper, superhydrophobic coatings are prepared by an more efficient fluorine-free method to help the anti-icing application of insulators in transmission line. The water contact angle of the coating can reach 161 °, and the slide angle is less than 1 °.Moreover, the initial freezing time of the droplet is effectively delayed in the anti-icing performance test compared with the common surface, and the amount of ice on the superhydrophobic coating surface is reduced by 53.6% compared with the common surface. Meanwhile, the superhydrophobic coating has better corrosion resistance, self-cleaning effect, and has better stability while it is applied to the insulator surface. Therefore, the experimental results in this study provide a simple and promising solution for solving the problem of anti-icing on the surface of insulators in transmission line.
