Two Paths for "Historical Writing" in Current Canal Literature

当下运河文学的创作中对于历史书写的思考大致有两种不同的路径,一种是将运河与故事简单捆绑,重在写故事写人物,而忽略了运河与人物性格、命运等诸多可能性的关联;另一种是将运河作为文本叙述的内生动力,同时汲取丰富的史学滋养,在此基础上产生了全新的思考历史的方式,更好地处理了运河与地域、历史人物的关系。

Currently, there are two paths for the reflection on "historical writing" in the creation of canal literature. One of them simply combines canals with stories, which attaches importance to the writing of stories and characters, and ignoring the connection between canal, personalities of the characters, and their destinies. The other regards canal as the endogenous power of text description and at the same time draws rich nourishment from history. On such basis, a brand new method to reflect on history is generated, which deals with the relationship between canal and territory or historical figures.
