一体化规划推动郑州大都市区发展的可行性分析

Study on the Feasibility of Integrated Planning to Promote the Development of Zhengzhou Metropolitan Area

2016年国家发改委印发的《中原城市群发展规划》提出要进一步加快郑州国家中心城市建设,建设现代化郑州大都市区,推进郑州大都市区国际化发展。本文围绕郑新一体化、郑许一体化等发展规划,从经济发展、人口变化、基础建设、历史文化等多个方面综合分析了郑州大都市区的发展状况,结合国家统计年鉴和河南省统计年鉴的相关数据,运用数据分析和定性定量分析等方法,研究了一体化规划的优势和阻碍,通过挖掘政策对城市各方面发展的影响力,探讨了一体化规划对推动郑州大都市区发展的可行性。

The Development Plan for the Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration issued by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2016 proposes to further accelerate the construction of Zhengzhou as a national central city,build a modernized Zhengzhou metropolitan area,and promote its internationalization.To this end,focusing on Zheng-Xin and Zheng-Xu integration,this thesis aims to examine the development status of Zhengzhou metropolitan area in terms of economy,demographics,infrastructure,history and culture,and applies data analysis and qualitative and quantitative methods to study the advantages and challenges of integration planning,drawing on the National Statistical Yearbook and Henan Provincial Statistical Yearbook.Finally,the feasibility of integrated planning is explored by tapping the influence of policies on various aspects of urban development.
