西南地区高校来华留学研究生教育提质增效发展策略

Study on the Strategies for Enhancing the Quality and Efficiency of Postgraduate Education for International Students at Universities in Southwest China

当前,西南地区高校来华留学研究生教育发展迅速,规模增长显著,质量不断提升。文章对2013—2018年西南地区五省高校留学研究生现状展开分析,发现其存在着在全国及全球高等教育中竞争力不强的问题。为培养更多符合国际经济发展需求的高质量人才,提升我国高校国际化发展水平及在国际教育领域的竞争力,文章提出了加快高等教育现代化、加强中外经济文化合作、强化社会发展环境国际化、加强校企合作、拓宽招生渠道、严格入学考核等具体策略。

At present,postgraduate education for international students in China is booming,with remarkable growth in scale and continuous improvement in quality.In view of this,the article explores the current status of postgraduate students in five provinces of Southwest China from 2013 to 2018,and found that it faces the issue of low competitiveness in the national and global higher education field.In order to cultivate high-quality personnel that meet the demands of international economic development,and to boost the internationalization of Chinese universities and their competitiveness,the article proposes strategies such as accelerating the modernization of higher education,strengthening Sino-foreign economic and cultural ties,enhancing the internationalization of social environment,boosting university-enterprise cooperation,broadening enrollment channels and strengthening entrance assessment.
