摘要
“产学研”导向的人力资源管理专业实践模式是对企业人才需求的主动反应,它能增强高校与企业合作黏性,培养出更符合社会经济发展的应用型人才。文章阐述了实践教学对人力资源管理专业人才培养的现实意义,并指出应持续创新该模式,加强对学生实践能力的培养,深化校企融合机制,从而构建科学合理的“产学研”实践体系。
The“industry-university-research”oriented HRM practice is an active response to the personnel demand of enterprises,which serves to enhance the stickiness of university-enterprise cooperation and cultivate application-oriented personnel that meet the demands of social and economic development.To this end,the article elaborates on the significant role of practical teaching to HRM personnel cultivation,and points out that the practice should be continuously innovated to strengthen the cultivation of students’hands-on ability,deepen school-enterprise integration mechanism,so as to build a scientific and reasonable“industry-university-research”cooperation system.
